Snapden wants to see our customers and their businesses succeed! This is why we don’t just sell a piece of equipment and then go away. Below is the tech support we provide.

Available Support

Our set tech support hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm MST and Saturdays 9am – 1pm. We will answer all emails and calls within 24 hours (likely much sooner).

In your email or voice mail please include:

  • Description of issue
  • Photos of the issue (if emailing and available) – they are very helpful in troubleshooting at times
  • Name, email and phone number

Imaging Spectrum works with Snapden to sell Dark Room Booth software as well as printers. Imaging Spectrum has a tech support department that handles tech support tickets during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm CST).
